Sky keeps his head down. It works better for him, given the way his mother has reacted to his coming out. But then his private life is put on display in the worst way ever. How can he deal with the rest of the school year?

This is a fantastic, bright, cheerful novel. With so many YA books focusing on evil cliques and horrible cheerleaders and violent football players, it's lovely to read one where actually, everyone's pretty ok. Sure, some are rude, but mostly because they don't know better; there's one really nasty one, but his storyline wraps up nicely; most people are nice, kind, tolerant, just like in real life.
The pace is great and I loved the descriptions. Sky is a great character and so much stronger than many heroes. I wish I had more to say about this book; it deserves so much praise, but without spoiling it (worse than I have) there's not much I can say other than read it. You won't regret it. I'm really glad I read it.
