Alexandra Forever 2291 — Book One: The Strange Matter of the Red Dwarf
This sci fi adventure opens on the crest of a gravity tsunami, when a red dwarf star system punches through the fabric of space-time and barrels toward the Milky Way Galaxy. The Early Warning Centre can only watch helplessly as colonized space braces for impact.
Questions arise. Is it merely a star system? Or, is something else altogether?
The dire situation takes an unforeseen twist in this science fantasy when an SOS transmission from a long-lost experimental starship, The Invictus, is traced to the sole planet orbiting the red dwarf.
Alexandra, Post Office Marshal and living goddess, is in an action-packed race against time when she is conscripted to retrieve either the Invictus itself or, failing that, it’s top-secret data, before the ship is lost to imminent galactic collision, or worse, falls into the wrong hands.
Hi all! To celebrate this new book, we have a special feature today; an interview with the heroine!
What is your name?
Alexandra. Some folks refer to me as Goddess on account of me being one.
What do you look like?
Hot. Okay, seriously, I guess I’m on the tall side for a woman. Athletic. People think I’m Latina. Some say Egyptian. I’ve even heard Indian. Lots of speculation because lots of people lookin’.
Where are you today and what are you doing?
At Evermore, a days-of-yore inspired temple that I call home. I’m in the woodworking shop. Right after mass destruction, cabinet making and whatnot is kind of a forte of mine.
You come face to face with your worse enemy. How do you react?
If worse means most powerful, that would be the renegade priestess, Ezera. I’d clock her one, drag her sorry ass back to Evermore and lock her up.
How would your parents describe you?
My mother, well, I’d have to say that I don’t care. My father would describe me as his angel. He passed away before finding out any different.
Who is your best friend?
Henry.
Are you faith-oriented?
I know there is so much more to life than meets the eye.
Are you married or in a relationship?
Widowed. Since the death of my Henry, I date and it’s fun, but that’s the extent of it.
Do you have children?
One daughter, Lindsay. Got three-quarters of her father’s brains and three-quarters my physicality. The math don’t work, but you get the idea -- she won the friggin’ genetics lottery!
Thanks for coming to see us, Alexandra! The book is currently free on Amazon, but only until the 7th, so don't miss out.
