Designed as a resource for enriching daily life, the bestselling illustrated Every Day Matters Diary will guide you on a journey of awareness and fulfilment as you go about your everyday activities. Jess Sharp returns as the illustrator of this inspirational diary with new, vibrant illustrations alongside one life-enhancing theme a month for you to focus on. Themes this year include:
- Intention
- Dreams
- Self-worth
- Empowerment
- Stillness
- Adaptability
Focusing on a different uplifting theme each month, but in a different way each week, allows you to be inspired to bring about positive change in your daily life. Each week-to-view spread features an inspiring quote that encourages reflection on the month’s theme, an exercise to further your overall wellbeing and a gratitude practise to encourage you to reminisce on three things you loved each week.
The combination of uplifting illustrations and engaging content will appeal not only to those who use the diary year after year but also to new users looking for something beautiful and inspirational.
I know, I know. You're thinking "But it's too early to think about next year's diary! It's only a few months since I gave up on this year's!" It is never too early to think about really lovely stationery, and this falls into that category.
The Every Day Matters Diary is spiral bound, so it will sit flat as you work in it. The diary is two pages per week, so not enough for a journal but plenty for quick notes or reminders. There are also lots of notes about holidays in different cultures. However, that's not the main draw! (It's the cat on the cover. No, it's not really that either.)
Each month covers a different aspect of self love, with motivational tips, mantras and exercises. I haven't looked at every page, as I want to be surprised during the year, but I've really enjoyed the ones I've looked at! (The one on my birthday is a personal favourite, naturally.) There's a roundup at the end of each month to keep track of how we're doing. The back of the diary has journaling prompts and note pages.
I haven't used this kind of diary before, but I'm really excited to start with this one! I think it's going to be very helpful and a really good way to get in touch with myself.
If you've tried an earlier version of this diary or one like it, I'd love to know what you think!
