I'm a cat person. Anyone who knows me in real life would tell you. I like dogs fine, there's nothing wrong with them (except that they're not cats) but they're not cats. However, I also know how I react to Chicken Soup for the Soul (by crying a lot, usually) so I wasn't sure if I should risk this.
I'm glad I did. If you're familiar with the format, this won't surprise you. If you're not, it's 101 short, real life stories, each preceded by a quotation. They're divided into loosely similar categories (if you are a crier like me, avoid the last segment!)
There are beautiful stories here, and I really enjoyed reading about the lengths people will go to for their furry friends. Highly recommend.
