This fabulous new picture book features a great heroine. Princess Prue is distraught when her beloved teddy is stolen. A knight promises to save him, but pooh poohs Prue's suggestion that she join in. Prue's not having that, and with the help of her trusty goat she's soon saving the knight, the day and her teddy!
The illustrations are brilliant, with loads of details to examine and discuss. Everything is really vibrant and bright, and even the animals have fantastic expressions. There's plenty here to keep children occupied even after they've read the book.
The writing itself is great too. Rhyming like this is tricky, it's easy to get the rhythm wrong, but this one is perfect in every beat. Really good fun.
I think kids are really going to enjoy this one.
