As this is an exact copy of the Gilded Tarot, everything said in that review holds true for this one. I'll just briefly talk about the differences here.

The cards have a slightly different finish; they're more matt and less slidy than the originals, which took a little while to get used to but now feels perfectly natural. These cards are brilliant to pick up and fiddle with, they're a great size to have in your hand.

As the description says, this doesn't come with any kind of instruction book, and in fact it has two extra cards advertising the full size deck. This isn't a deck to buy before you've bought any other, but if you're familiar with the Gilded or the general RWS and want a deck you can carry around, this is the perfect choice for you.
