All Aboard the Colours Train by Sean Sims

All Aboard the Colours Train

We're at the station. We're off to explore colours, animals and so much more. All aboard everyone! This fun-filled story, which gently explores early-learning concepts, is great to share with very young children. With lots of things to spot and describe on every page, this brilliant train ride is a trip worth taking again and again.

I love this book. It goes through colours and animals, and to keep the children (even more) interested there's a snail on each page to watch out for. Cleverly, the snail matches the colours of whichever animals are around him, so it's a bit harder to spot him than I originally thought...let's not discuss the pink page, please!

There's so much to look at and talk about here, I was really enthralled. Children will love to follow the story, pick out their favourites and talk about all the rest of the things to see. The pictures are amazing, bright, cheerful and with loads of detail while still being obviously illustrated. This will definitely attract a child to have a look.

A brilliant book for toddlers and parents alike.

I received a free copy and am giving an honest review.
